NJMiniGP shared the following in an official release earlier this week:

NJMiniGP is excited to announce that ownership of the organization has officially transferred, with plans to continue its mission of providing a safe, affordable, and accessible platform for motorcycle racing enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels. With a full race season, coached practice days, and three-day camps and schools lined up, NJMiniGP is ready to make 2025 an unforgettable year for riders.

This year, NJMiniGP will host events in New Jersey and New York, with the season’s first event scheduled for May 17-18 at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, New Jersey. The organization’s events typically will run from April through October.

Founded in 2008, NJMiniGP was established with the goal of offering a family-friendly atmosphere where riders of all ages and skill levels can enjoy motorcycle racing in a controlled and non-threatening environment. Since its inception, NJMiniGP has been committed to helping young riders learn the fundamentals of road racing while providing a platform for kids and adults to improve their skills.

Drive Your Vehicle at New Jersey Motorsports Park to Benefit Make-A-Wish New Jersey

MILLVILLE, NJ (April 16, 2025) – On Friday, May 16, 2025, from 6pm – 8pm, New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP) in Millville, NJ is opening its track up to the community to benefit Make-A-Wish New Jersey.

Drive for a Dream is a brand-new program at NJMP, where people from the community can drive their vehicle* on track in parade laps to benefit a charitable cause. In this case, people can donate to Make-A-Wish to register their vehicle for the parade laps on NJMP’s iconic Thunderbolt Raceway.

Make-A-Wish New Jersey is a charitable organization that grants wishes for children diagnosed with critical illnesses with the help of donations made by everyday people. These wishes can range from parties to vacations to once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Through granting wishes, Make-A-Wish provides children and their families with hope and strength during the most challenging times in their lives.

How it Works

This event is open to all, no membership required. Those who are interested in getting their cars on track will need to donate to Make-A-Wish New Jersey through the Eventbrite page here. Donors get to choose their donation amount, there is no minimum donation amount required. NJMP requires only one donation per vehicle and each vehicle can hold a maximum of four (4) people. NJMP encourages families to participate as long as a licensed adult is driving and practices New Jersey Car Seat Laws with minors under the age of eight (8) years old.

When a ticket holder arrives for the event, they will be directed toward the track to drive in parade laps, not exceeding 70 mph, guided by an official NJMP pace car around our professional racetrack in their own personal vehicles with up to three guests of their choice.

After the on-track laps, be sure to dine at the Finish Line Pub located right in the center of the NJMP facility. Enjoy decadent meals and pub fare in this climate control restaurant and pub. All ages welcome!

Lime Rock Drivers Club Announces Reciprocal Partnership with New Jersey Motorsports Park

NJMP and Lime Rock Park are proud to announce a new partnership where Lime Rock members get to register for NJMP Drivers Club days at NJMP Drivers Club member pricing and NJMP Drivers Club can register for LRDC track days.

What’s in it for Lime Rock Members who come to NJMP?

Catered breakfast and lunch. 9am-6pm Track Days. Professional coaching. AND NO SOUND LIMITS!

Starting immediately, LRDC Members can attend two (2) reciprocal track days each season. Scroll down for car and driver information.

White: Intermediate drivers with proof of experience. Passing with a point by only in designated areas.

Red: Advanced drivers with proof of experience. Expanded passing with a point by.

Yellow: Open wheel and Spec Racer cars. Expanded passing with a point by. If you have arm restraints should use your indicator if you have one.

LRDC Members will pay the same track day rate as NJMP members ($250 per day). Breakfast and lunch are included for drivers, $50 for additional guests.

Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced sessions will be 20 minutes each.

Coaching fees for new drivers $400 per day.

What’s in it for NJMP members who go to Lime Rock Park?

NJMP members have the opportunity to register for two (2) LRDC track days per year!

There are NO RUN GROUPS at LRP! Each track day is open track time.

There is a $250 Registration Fee which includes club hospitality – additional non-driving lunch guests are $50 per person.

Attendance is restricted to 4 NJMP Members per day, flexible based on whether drivers are advanced, solo, or if drivers wish to come on a Tuesday which is typically less crowded.

Unmuffled cars would have to attend Tuesday PM track days (this does not include LRP Test & Tune) otherwise the maximum noise permitted at LRP is 88 Db.

Novice drivers with no prior experience at LRP will be required to purchase Private Coaching. Private Coaching is available at LRP for $750 a full day, and $375 for half a day.

Registration process for NJMP Drivers Club Members to drive @ LRP:

NJMP Drivers Club Members MUST email Joe Mills at least 72 hours prior to the desired LRP Drivers Club date to request participation.
After NJMP endorsement, the LRP Administrator will send you a LRP Drivers Club Registration Form which must be completed and returned to LRP as directed.
All drivers will be required to complete the LRP Track Policies Test.
Registration and Private Coaching payments will be made directly to LRP.

NJMP to Appear on SPEED SPORT 1 Channel During New Jersey Lottery SpeedTour

NJMP and PT Autosport Partnership Brings New Concepts to the NJMP Drivers Club

MILLVILLE, NJ (March 19, 2025) – New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP) is proud to announce an exciting partnership with the driver development program, PT Autosport, and their drivers: Alex Sedgwick and Henry Drury, which will bring brand new concepts to the NJMP Drivers Club members.

With this partnership, Alex Sedgwick returns to NJMP for two (2) all-exclusive Pro Driver Drivers Club Track Days. Sedgwick is a professional driver and driver coach with on-track experience dating back to the 2011 LGM WTP Cadet British Karting Championship. Transitioning from karts to cars, he has a strong knowledge of various vehicles such as Ginetta Juniors, Single Seaters, One-Make Series, Touring Cars, GT Cars and Stock Cars. His latest achievements include his 2024 Porsche Carrera Cup North America win in a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup Car.

Joining the NJMP Drivers Club instructors, in partnership with PT Autosport, is driver Henry Drury. Drury’s experience is related to Single Seaters (F4, FFord, F1600), GT Cars (Mazda MX5, Toyota GR Cup, GT4), and Road Cars (Mazda, Tesla, Porsche). He has coached clients both in-car and through data analysis at events across the USA and works directly automotive brands and racing teams on track days.

In 2025, Sedgwick and Drury will lend their experience to the Drivers Club members with a range of exclusive offers. The new trial membership option opens the doors for those who are looking to get a taste of this luxury motorsports lifestyle. The one-year (2025) trial membership starts at $1,000 (plus tax) with the balance of the Full Membership Fee of $11,000.00 (plus) to be paid on January 15, 2026, should they choose to continue their membership. This choice alleviates the pressure of the typical $10,000 payment to be paid upon initial registration.

“We saw the desires of our interested prospects and wanted to present an option that made our membership more accessible without diminishing its true worth,” remarks NJMP Drivers Club Sales Director, Charity Giovanelli, “We are positive that by the end of their trial they will see how worthwhile the Drivers Club membership truly is.”

Trial members do not have to pay dues for the year 2025, but they will be responsible for paying black top fees for all the Drivers Club events they register for on Motorsports Reg. Their 2026 membership dues of $2,400 will be due by February 1, 2026, and for each following year. There are no cancellations or refunds for the $1,000 trial membership.
